The Cruz is an experience like no other: what other restaurant is moored in Edinburgh The Cruz began its life as a cruise ship, was then used as a minesweeper and eventually was transformed into a piano bar, nightclub and restaurant complex. The restaurant is housed on one of the upper decks, with chic tables and pristine furniture to complement the light and airy atmosphere provided by the opposing windows.
